How do I pay rent?
Rent is due the first of every month, all tenants are setup with automatic with-drawls.
How long is my lease?
A one year (12month) lease is required. After the first year, your lease is month-to-month.
We require 1 month notice for move out.
What is my damage deposit?
We require one month rent for your damage deposit. Deposit is due the first day of rental.
